Where the differences lie
- Scale. Trengo's plans include 10 or 20 users, so they're aimed at larger teams. Slimbot starts with one team member and one number.
- Your own number and phone. Slimbot connects your own WhatsApp with a QR code and has an AI receptionist for phone (Business).
- Help getting started. With Slimbot you can create a free account yourself; we help with the connection.
- Integrations. Trengo mentions major webshop and CRM integrations on its website. If you need those, check both websites for the integration you're looking for.
- Hosting. Slimbot runs on Dutch servers.
