Frequently asked questions
How quickly will my video be ready?
That depends on the plan and how quickly the script is approved. At the start, we agree a delivery date with you; we don't promise a fixed lead time in advance.
Who owns the video?
Yours. After payment, you may use the video anywhere: social media, your website, adverts, presentations.
Which formats will I receive?
We make a reel in portrait format (9:16), suitable for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. We deliver an explainer in both portrait and landscape (16:9), for example for your website. You receive mp4 files.
How do revisions work?
First you approve the script: that's where the content is. Then we create the video and you have one round of corrections for adjustments. If you want to change more after that, we'll discuss the cost in advance.
What do you need from me?
A short story about what the video should be about, your logo and your house style colours. We will come up with a mascot or character together if you don't have one yet.
How does the video subscription work?
You receive 4 reels every month. We determine the topics together in advance and schedule the videos on your social channels. The subscription runs monthly.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No, all prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. A reel of €149 is €180.29 including VAT.
I'm already a Slimbot customer. Can I order directly?
Yes. Log in and choose "Order video" from the menu: select plan, fill in brief, upload logo and pay online.
