Gmail & Google Workspace

Your regular Gmail or your business address on your own domain. We create a secure connection password once — we explain it step by step.

Microsoft 365

Business Microsoft e-mail (formerly Office 365). Microsoft connects slightly differently — we arrange that securely for you.

Outlook & Hotmail

You can connect a personal outlook.com or hotmail address just like that. Ideal for getting started quickly.

Your own domain

E-mail on your own business name (info@yourcompany.co.uk), wherever you host it. Enter your address, we fill in the rest automatically.

Choose your e-mail

Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook or your own domain — you simply select your provider.

Test log in

Only your e-mail address and current password. We count the folders so you can see that nothing is lost.

Connect and retrieve

The mail arrives in Slimbot, alongside WhatsApp and chats. After that, you can switch — your archive is already inside.

Does Gmail or Google Workspace work?
Yes. With Google, you create a separate "app password" once — that's more secure than your regular password. We'll show you exactly where to click, or we'll do it together with you.
I have Microsoft 365 or business Outlook — is that possible?
Absolutely. Microsoft has disabled ordinary password login for security reasons, so that requires a slightly different, secure connection. We'll arrange that for you — just get in touch and it'll be ready.
Is it secure?
Yes. Your password is stored encrypted on our own servers in the Netherlands/EU. We only access your mailbox to read and send — nothing else.
Will my e-mail still work in my own programme as usual?
Yes. Connecting doesn't change your existing e-mail. You just read and reply to it from Slimbot as well — handy if you want everything in one place.
What does it cost?
E-mail connection is an add-on to your Slimbot plan. Ask us about the options for your subscription — we'll tell you straight away what it costs for you.
