Can you do everything — just like Strato or TransIP?
Yes, technically we can deliver website hosting, VPS, Windows servers and AI services. Slimbot focuses first on communication + AI + website; you add extra hosting via your account or on request. Self-service ordering for all products is coming in phases.
Do I need a website to use Slimbot?
No. Many customers start with WhatsApp and inbox. A website is useful for chatbot and SEO, but not required. Choose "No website (for now)" when signing up and add hosting later.
Hosting with us or own hosting?
Both. Hosting with us = we manage servers, SSL and backups. Own hosting = you keep your current provider; Slimbot connects via DNS, API or connector.
Where are the servers located?
In the EU, with a focus on the Netherlands. GDPR-compliant. No data to unnecessary third countries.
