- Control. Which PHP version is running, is the patch against the vulnerability installed, which CMS and which version, and which plugins or themes are outdated.
- Quick abuse check. Are there suspicious files or users visible, from outside or with the access you provide.
- Resolve, up to a maximum of 1 hour's work per website. Update PHP or arrange with the hosting provider, update WordPress, WooCommerce and plugins, disable unnecessary plugins.
- Short report. What we found, what we did and what still needs attention.
- Free with it: SEO audit and improvement plan. We also review how your website is performing in Google: findability, speed and Core Web Vitals, titles and descriptions, mobile, indexing, Google Business Profile and whether you're being found by AI search engines. You receive an improvement plan with the 10 most important points, in order of impact.
Implementing the improvement plan is not included in the €37.50. If you would like us to do it, you will receive a fixed price in advance.
Honest about what's not included

- Custom work or rebuild, and implementing the SEO improvement plan. You will receive a fixed price for this in advance.
We need access to the WordPress admin or the hosting account, and begin after your approval. We cannot guarantee that a website will never be hacked. If your site runs on PHP 8.1 or older, there is no official fix and migration will be discussed.

What does it cost and what do I get?

What is not included?
Recovery of a hacked website, migration to new hosting and bespoke work or rebuilds are not included. For those you receive a fixed price in advance.
What does IT Live need from me?
Access to the WordPress admin or hosting account. Work only begins after your approval.
Will my website be safe afterwards?
We cannot guarantee that a website will never be hacked. We ensure that known vulnerabilities are closed and report what still needs attention.
What's included in the free SEO audit?
A look at your visibility in Google: speed, titles and descriptions, mobile, indexing, Google Business Profile and visibility in AI search engines. The result is an improvement plan with the 10 most important points. Implementing that plan is not included in the €37.50.
What is the difference with the free check?
The free check looks at your website from the outside. The check & fix looks from the inside and resolves issues.
