Can a customer reschedule an appointment themselves?
Yes, if you allow it. The customer can reschedule or cancel themselves via the confirmation link within the rules you set, for example up to 24 hours in advance.
Can I offer different types of appointments?
Certainly. You create as many appointment types as you like, each with its own duration, location and optional price, so the right time is reserved automatically.
What if two customers want to book the same slot?
That can't go wrong. As soon as a slot is booked, it immediately drops out of the available times, so double bookings are impossible.
