What is Workflows?
With Workflows, you link steps together into an automated process, without writing a line of code. You drag blocks into place and Slimbot executes the rest. This removes the manual retyping, forwarding and calling back from your day.
How does it work?
- Open the visual workflow builder and start with a blank flow.
- Drag steps (such as 'send email' or 'update customer') onto the canvas and connect them.
- Configure what should happen at each step, in plain language.
- Set the workflow live and Slimbot will run it automatically from then on.

Do I need to know how to code to create a workflow?

Yes. You open the workflow, move or replace steps and set it live again. Running processes keep working whilst you use the new version next time.
What happens if a step fails?
