What is Cron Jobs?
With Cron Jobs you run tasks at fixed times, for example every morning, every Monday or the first of the month. Recurring jobs run through without anyone having to remember. Ideal for reports, reminders and clean-up work.
How does it work?
- Choose the workflow or task you want to run periodically.
- Set the schedule: daily, weekly, monthly or a custom time.
- Set the time in your own time zone.
- Activate the schedule; Slimbot will now execute the task automatically.

Frequently asked questions
In which time zone do scheduled tasks run?
You set your own time zone, Amsterdam by default. So a task at 8:00 really runs at 8:00 local time, even with summer and winter time.
Can I temporarily pause a scheduled task?
Yes. You can turn off a schedule with one click and turn it back on later, without losing the settings.
What if my computer is off at the scheduled time?
That doesn't matter. The task runs on our platform, not on your device, so it continues whether you're online or not.
