Customer cards
Name, company, phone, e-mail, website, address and notes per customer. With a status (active, lead, prospect, inactive or archive) that you can filter on.
A CRM system keeps track of who your customers are and what you've discussed with them. At most small businesses, this information is currently scattered across WhatsApp, the mailbox and an Excel list. Slimbot is a simple CRM built around your conversations: every customer gets a card with details, status and notes, and you see in the same place what has been said via WhatsApp, e-mail and website chat. It is deliberately not a heavy sales CRM with deal pipelines.

From sign-up to working channel. You keep your own number.
Register and connect your WhatsApp number and, if you wish, your mailbox.
Import your WhatsApp contacts with one button or upload a CSV or vCard file.
Status, notes, quotes and the entire conversation history in one place, for the whole team.
Features that Slimbot has today. No promises we don't keep.
Name, company, phone, e-mail, website, address and notes per customer. With a status (active, lead, prospect, inactive or archive) that you can filter on.
On the customer card you can see whether there was contact via WhatsApp, e-mail, website chat, Instagram or Messenger, with a direct link to that conversation.
WhatsApp messages, e-mails and phone calls with a customer in one chronological overview, newest at the top.
Turn your existing WhatsApp conversations into customer cards with one button. Duplicate numbers are skipped. You can also import using a vCard or CSV file.
At your request, the AI reads a conversation and fills in the category, what the customer wants, a short summary and whether the contact is hot, warm or cold.
Give contacts and conversations labels and record internal notes, so a colleague immediately knows what's going on.
Create quotes and invoices from Slimbot, send them by e-mail and see which quotes are still outstanding and which invoices are still unpaid.
Appointments made via WhatsApp, chat or phone are in the same account as your customer cards, not in a separate programme.
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. A CRM system is software in which you store all the details and contact moments of your customers. This way, with every phone call or message, you know who you're speaking to, what was agreed earlier and what the next step is.
The value of a CRM system therefore lies not in the software itself, but in the overview: no one in your team needs to search their own phone or mailbox to see what a customer asked before.
A customer messages on Tuesday about a quote. On Thursday he calls, and a colleague answers. In a CRM system, that colleague opens the customer card and sees the WhatsApp messages, the sent quote and the note "would like to start early next month". The conversation then starts where it left off, rather than from scratch.
The best CRM system is the system you actually keep up to date. Large CRM packages are built for sales teams with pipelines, forecasts and many input fields. For a freelancer or SME that mainly works via WhatsApp, phone and e-mail, that is often too much: the lists become empty and the team falls back on their own phone.
Slimbot takes a different approach. The customer card fills itself around the conversations you're already having. Useful if you:
To be fair: Slimbot is a simple CRM built around your conversations, not a heavy sales CRM. There is no pipeline with deals that you drag from stage to stage, no revenue forecast and no ready-made synchronisation with other CRM packages (custom integrations are discussed case by case). If you work with a large sales team that manages on that basis, a specialised sales CRM is a better choice. If you mainly want overview in customer contact, Slimbot is set up faster.
Many business owners start with a customer list in Excel. That works until you work with more people or customer contact runs through different channels: a spreadsheet doesn't know what was messaged yesterday. Your existing list doesn't have to go. You import contacts with a CSV or vCard file and you can also export your contact list as CSV again.
Customer cards and contacts are included in the Slimbot plans; you do not pay a separate price per contact. Labels and a number of additional features are included in the higher plans. The current amounts below come directly from our price list.
