Frequently asked questions

Is Slimbot the same as WhatsApp Business?
No. WhatsApp Business is WhatsApp's product. Slimbot connects to it: inbox, chatbot, telephony and (from Business onwards) the Cloud API.
Can I keep the app on my phone?
Yes, with the app connection. With Cloud API the conversation moves to the API; that's the official business route, not a sneaky second app.
What does WhatsApp Business cost with Slimbot?
Slimbot has a monthly fee (see prices). WhatsApp itself charges for some outbound templates. Service replies within 24 hours are free on WhatsApp.
