With Own E-mails, all messages from the platform are sent from your own sender address, for example info@yourcompany.co.uk. Customers see your name in their inbox instead of an unknown sender. This increases recognition and the likelihood that e-mails are opened.
How does it work?

- Add the supplied DNS records (for correct delivery and anti-spam) at your domain registrar.
- Send a test email to check that everything arrives correctly.
