With Custom Domain you serve the entire Slimbot platform under your own web address, for example app.yourcompany.co.uk. For your customers and team members everything looks and feels as if you built the software yourself. That strengthens your brand and inspires immediate trust.
How does it work?
- In the platform, enter the desired subdomain or domain you want to use.
- Set up the provided DNS record with your domain registrar (we show exactly which one).
- We automatically arrange a valid security certificate (https), so the padlock is immediately green.
- Once the DNS is active, your platform goes live on your own address.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my main domain or does it have to be a subdomain?
Both are possible. Many business owners choose a subdomain such as app.yourbusiness.co.uk, so your main website keeps running as normal. If you want to use the main domain, that's also possible.
Do I need to buy an SSL certificate myself?
No. As soon as your domain is connected, we arrange the security certificate automatically and renew it on time, without you having to do anything.
How long does it take for my custom domain to work?
Often within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on how quickly your DNS change is processed globally.
