What is Teams?
With Teams, you group team members into workgroups that share the same chats, leads and settings. This keeps everyone organised and ensures the right group works on the right conversations, without having to configure everything per person.
How does it work?
- Create a team and give it a recognisable name, for example Sales or Support.
- Add colleagues with an invitation by e-mail.
- Connect the team to the channels or clients they work on.
- Adjust settings and access at team level in one go.
Use cases
Hair salon with multiple locations: each branch has its own team for its own appointments.
Webshop: a sales team and a customer service team managed separately.
Installation company: one team for field service and one for the office.
Consultancy: a team with the relevant advisers for each client file.
Benefits
- New team members are productive in just a few clicks.
- You configure settings once per team instead of per person.
- Everyone only sees the conversations that belong to their team.
- Scaling up is easy: expand or split teams whenever you want.
Frequently asked questions
Can someone be in multiple teams?
Yes. A team member who does both sales and support can be linked to both teams and will then see conversations from both.
What happens when a colleague leaves?
You remove the person from the team and access is revoked immediately. The conversations and history remain stored with the team.
