SSO

Log in once, access everywhere.

What is SSO?

With Single Sign-On, team members log in with their existing business account, for example from Microsoft 365 or Google. No extra password to remember, and you keep access centrally under control.

How does it work?

  1. Connect Slimbot to your existing login provider, such as Microsoft 365 or Google.
  2. Team members now log in with their familiar company account.
  3. Access automatically follows your central user management.
  4. Someone leaving? Access expires as soon as the company account is disabled.

Use cases

Company on Microsoft 365: staff log in with the same account as their e-mail.
Team on Google Workspace: log in once for all tools.
Growing SME: new team member has immediate access via their company account.
Organisation with frequent changes: leaving service means no access immediately.

Benefits

  • No separate password that team members forget or reuse.
  • More secure because access is managed centrally.
  • New team members are productive immediately.
  • Leavers lose access without manual work.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with our Microsoft 365 or Google account?

Yes. You connect your existing login provider, including Microsoft 365 and Google, and team members log in with it.

Is logging in with SSO more secure?

Yes. There's no separate password anymore, access is managed centrally and you can bring your provider's two-factor authentication with you.
