IP Whitelisting
Only trusted addresses get access to your account.
What is IP Whitelisting?
With IP whitelisting, you determine from which internet addresses access to your account or integrations is allowed. Everything outside is automatically refused, putting an extra lock on the door on top of your password.
How does it work?
- Specify in your dashboard from which IP addresses access is allowed.
- Think of the fixed address of your office or your servers.
- All traffic from other addresses is automatically blocked.
- Moving or working from a new location? Simply add the address.

Then you add the IP address of that location to your list. If you often work from changing locations, whitelisting is especially suitable for integrations with a fixed address.
Will I be locked out if my address changes?
If you connect from a non-permitted address, access is denied. You can then simply adjust the list in your dashboard from an allowed location.
Is this mandatory to enable?
No, it's an additional option. Useful if you process sensitive data or have fixed locations and servers that need access.
