With Reactions you place emoji reactions on messages via WhatsApp in Slimbot. A thumbs-up or heart quickly confirms that something has been received or appreciated, without having to send a separate message. This keeps conversations light and clear.
How does it work?
- View an incoming or sent message in Slimbot.
- Choose an emoji as a reaction to that message.
- The reply appears directly next to the message.
- Customer responses are also visible and processed.
