With Edit you modify an already sent WhatsApp message within Slimbot. A typo, wrong price or unclear sentence can be corrected this way, without sending a correction message afterwards. This keeps your communication professional and error-free.
How does it work?
- Open the sent message you want to modify.
- Choose 'Edit' and adjust the text.
- Save the change.
- The message is displayed as edited to the customer.
