What is Webhooks DC?
With webhooks, Slimbot automatically notifies your other systems as soon as something happens, for example a new lead or a completed chat. This way, no one has to wait or check manually; the action starts immediately. That makes processes real-time and error-free.
How does it work?
- Go to Webhooks in the Developer Centre.
- Choose which event should trigger Slimbot to send a notification.
- Enter the web address of the system that receives the notification.
- Test the webhook and see immediately whether the notification arrives correctly.
