What is REST API DC?

Slimbot's REST API gives you programmatic access to all parts of the platform: chats, leads, customer data, documents and more. So you connect Slimbot to your own software or website without manual work. Even if you don't have a developer in-house, your agency or freelancer can get started with it straight away.

How does it work?

  1. Create an API key in your account under Developer Centre.
  2. Choose the component you want to connect and copy the example from the documentation.
  3. Call the API from your own system or have your developer set this up.
  4. Follow live in the logs whether the requests are coming through correctly.
