For a real integration, yes: the API is intended for programmers or your web agency. If you want to connect without code, you're often better off using Webhooks or a ready-made integration.
Is there a limit on the number of requests?
Yes, each API key has a reasonable limit to prevent abuse. For normal use you won't notice this; for intensive integrations we can increase it in consultation.
